It could be said that Sofia, Owner & Founder of SOFresh, takes after her great Grandfather, originally from Spain who was the Owner and Executive Chef at a prestigious restaurant in Venezuela.
At the end of 2019 Sofia was at her heaviest weight with looming health problems. A serious health scare led her to be rushed to the hospital where her life was forever changed. After leaving the hospital, she knew something had to give. Inspired by a new chance at life, she started meal prepping and going to the gym 3-4 times a week. During that time she lost over 45 pounds!
It’s said you can’t help others if you can’t help yourself.
So...
She started 𝐒𝐎𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 from her own weight loss journey.
From Vision to Business in Less Than a Year
